Our Story
A few years ago, my husband and I were drowning in debt and doing everything the world told us to do about money. It wasn't working. When we went back to scripture, we found something different from what most of us were taught in church: stewardship, not just tithing, is the biblical model for handling money.

Why We Teach This
Most of what we were taught about money in church started and ended with the tithe. But scripture has much more to say about stewardship: the parable of the talents, Proverbs on debt and inheritance, and Romans 12:2 on being transformed rather than conformed.
